Overview
BILL begs KEUNG to set MING free. He even explains to KEUNG that he and MING have never done anything out of the usual rut. KEUNG then set BILL free and sends him away. BILL asks CHEONG to find MING and informs MING's parents back to Hong Kong to find her also. CHEONG decides to seize power from KEUNG and plots to trap KEUNG. He creates a chance for the police to arrest KEUNG when he is involving in the counterfeit paper-note deal. KEUNG decides to flee away, he asks CHEONG to arrange this for him. In fact, KEUNG suspects CHEONG who has betrayed him. However, he has no other alternative and has to rely on CHEONG. CHEONG engrosses KEUNG's money and also buy in most of the shares of KEUNG's company. When KEUNG has known the case, he hates CHEONG a lot. Meanwhile, BILL begs KEUNG to set MING free, KEUNG thinks of a evil device.
